    All interested residents will need to fill out an application and credit screening. There is a $50 application processing fee.

  • To qualify for application, we look for:
    • A minimum credit score of 620
    • A criminal background check
    • An income that is at least 3x your rent

  • Rent includes:
    • High-speed WIFI
    • Trash
    • Recycling

    Tenants pay separately for:
    • Electricity (through AEP)
    • Water
    • On-site parking (+$75/mo)
    • Basement storage cage (+$35/mo)

  • Yes! 40 lb limit. Some breed restrictions apply.

  • 1 month’s rent

  • Yes! All units are wired for easy turn-on service by Spectrum or AT&T (fiber). Tenants can either stream for free using the complimentary high-speed WIFI or can get cable/internet from AT&T or Spectrum.

  • Yes.

  • All units come equipped with a new high-efficiency front-load washer and dryer.
